Before you publish: replace every [bracketed placeholder] with Plot360's actual registered business details, contact information, and grievance officer details, and have this document reviewed by a qualified lawyer before it goes live. It is drafted with reference to Indian law (the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) as a starting point, not as legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and [Registered Business Name], the operator of Plot360 ("Plot360", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Plot360 website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Plot360

Plot360 is a technology platform that allows registered users to list and monitor property information — including uploading property details, documents, photographs, and videos — for the purpose of tracking and managing their own or authorized properties.

Plot360 is not a real estate broker, agent, valuer, surveyor, or title-verification authority, and does not itself buy, sell, lease, or transfer any interest in real property. Plot360 does not independently verify ownership, title, encumbrances, or the legal status of any property listed on the Platform beyond the authorization documents (Approval Letter and/or No Objection Certificate) collected from users. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they submit.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration & Security

5. Property Listings & Authorization Documents

To register a property on the Platform for monitoring purposes, you must submit:

By uploading property details, documents, photographs, or videos ("Listing Content"), you represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Listing Content or have the necessary rights and authorizations (including the signed Approval Letter/NOC, where applicable) to submit it; (ii) the Listing Content is accurate and not misleading; and (iii) the Listing Content does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

You grant Plot360 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, store, reproduce, and display the Listing Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform's services to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

Plot360 reserves the right to remove any listing or content, and to suspend or terminate any account, that it reasonably believes violates these Terms.

7. Fees & Payments

[Describe current pricing: e.g., "Plot360's core listing and monitoring features are currently free to use." OR "Plot360 charges the fees described at [pricing page link] for the plans indicated at the time of purchase."] Where applicable, all fees, billing cycles, and refund/cancellation terms will be clearly displayed before you complete a paid transaction. Plot360 may introduce, modify, or discontinue fees for any feature with prior notice as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Plot360 name, logo, look-and-feel, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by [Registered Business Name] or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Plot360's trademarks or branding without prior written permission. Subject to the license you grant us over your Listing Content, you retain ownership of the content you upload.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, maps, payment gateways, or services that are not owned or controlled by Plot360. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Listing Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Plot360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any property listing, ownership claim, or document submitted by users, and nothing on the Platform constitutes real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying property details and conducting appropriate due diligence before relying on any information on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plot360, its directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or property, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Plot360's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed [the fees paid by you to Plot360 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim / INR amount].

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plot360, its officers, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) any Listing Content you submit, including any false or fraudulent Approval Letter, NOC, or ownership claim; or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Suspension & Termination

Plot360 may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false documentation, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [support email]. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15) shall survive.

14. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of our Grievance Officer are provided below. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution mechanism below, the courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

[Optional: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation, failing which it shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at [City], conducted in English by a sole arbitrator.]

16. Changes to These Terms
